ZA\u00cb\u2019s mission is to be as transparent and sustainable as possible. We collaborate with small and medium sized independent embroideries and screen-printing companies and we choose eco-friendly textiles. Companies we have worked with are based in western Germany and the Netherlands. We are still small and new to this type of business and we will work to become more sustainable over time.<\/p>

The ZA\u00cb product line is made of organic cotton and they come along with several NGO certifications which ensure fair production, a reduced impact for the environment and great labour conditions.<\/p>

In a second step the T-Shirts are printed and\/or embroided by some independent small to medium sized companys’ in the Netherlands and Germany.<\/em><\/p>\n

Packaging<\/em><\/p>\n

The products are shipped in compostable bags from noissue.<\/span><\/a> The mailers can be reused and if no longer needed they are compostable in your compost. They will be gone completely after 6 months in your compost. Please think about removing the shipping sticker, before composting<\/strong>. We don\u2019t use any plastic in packaging and we don\u2019t have return forms inside the parcels \u2013 Returns can be filed by writing us at info@zae-design.com.<\/p>\n

Some Tips to be more ecological<\/h3>\n

Washing<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Use ecological detergents e.g. laundry soap flakes and wash them on a low temperature. Saves energy and extends the lifespan of your textiles! Do not use softners.<\/p>\n

Drying<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Dry your clothes outdoor or indoor on a clothes horse. Avoid tumble drying to prevent shrinking and wear off.<\/p>\n

Reuse<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Reuse the mailer your products came with and if you don\u2019t need it anymore you can compost it after removing the sending sticker in your compost.<\/p>\n
